Introduction to the User Agreement:

Article One - Introduction and Definitions:

Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:

Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:

Payment must be made through the approved, specified and available means through Anbar Al Shifa Store.
Amber Al Shifa Store may charge some users fees depending on the offers, products or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
Amber Al Shifa Store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and provisions of the User Agreement, for any of the users, regardless of the reason for their registration.

Article Eight - Payment services in the Amber Al-Shifa store :

Anbar Al Shifa Store, through its partners, provides a payment and settlement system in Anbar Al Shifa Store . It can be done entirely online through the payment options available in Anbar Al Shifa Store or through any payment method provided by Anbar Al Shifa Store from time to time.
Amber Al Shifa Store is committed to setting the price of the service or product that it displays in its store according to the recognized market value.
Anbar Al Shifa Store is committed to providing invoices, receipts, and receipts for all amounts and profits generated in its store, and is committed to giving the user an invoice for his purchase of a service or product from Anbar Al Shifa Store .

Article Nine - Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information:

Article 10 - Intellectual Property:

Article Twelve - Confidentiality of Information:

Anbar Al Shifa Store takes (tangible, organizational and technical) standards to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to and storage of users’ personal information.
You, as a user, acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through the Amber Al-Shifa store .

This User Agreement is governed and formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force and in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Fifteen - General Provisions:

In the event that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled or that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is no longer valid, such matter does not cancel the validity of the remaining provisions, clauses and terms contained in the User Agreement and they remain valid until further notice from the management of the Anbar Al Shifa Store.

This User Agreement - which may be amended from time to time as appropriate - constitutes the User Agreement, working mechanism, understanding, agreement and contract between Anbar Al Shifa Store and the user. Both parties to this agreement agree to take into consideration the following:

The Arabic language is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when translating it into another language.
All prices displayed for services or products of Amber Al Shifa Store may be modified from time to time.
The promotional or marketing offers that Anbar Al Shifa Store may place are temporary offers, as Anbar Al Shifa Store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations and laws in force related to the nature of the dealings between the Anbar Al Shifa store and the user.
This User Agreement shall not be terminated except by a decision issued by the management of the Amber Al Shifa Store.
