Can I change or exchange the product?
Yes, you can exchange or change your product within 3 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that there is no defect or difference in the previously ordered shape.
Can I return the product?
Yes, you can return sealed, unused products within 3 days of receiving your order.
- In the event that you write incorrect delivery/contact information, we disclaim any responsibility for any events that may result from this, such as: damage to the product - inability to return it - and other matters that may occur.
What do I do if I receive a product error or my product is defective?
In the event that an order is received that does not match what was ordered, or the order is received with a shortage of some of the requested products, or the order is received with damaged products, the following steps must be followed to evaluate the return:
A video must be filmed showing that the order is missing one or more products, as well as in the event that products are received that do not match what was ordered or in the event of damage to the received products. Then the video must be sent within less than 3 days of receiving the order via email, stating the order number and what happened so that your order can be evaluated by the relevant department. If the reason is confirmed, compensation will be made according to the status of each order.

If your request is approved and confirmed, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 7-14 business days, due to our internal procedures and processes. We assure you that your money is safe!
Late or missing amounts (if any):
If you haven't received any payment yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the amount paid to you is officially posted to your bank account.
